Nvidia's next graphics chip: GPU or VPU

I've always liked the PowerVR acronymn of ISP and TSP. Maybe something like VSP?

IIRC, it was 3Dlabs that first came up with the term GPU - standing for "Geometry Processing Unit", for the Gamma chip.

Presumably Nvidia came up with their acronym independantly.
