Eh, I have sources saying Xbox 360 should be at 500,000 or more for June NPD, based on how many slim's MS is shipping.

You don't think MS managed to pile up some Slims before that month? I'd have thought this figure is conservative enough for a Slim launch?

I dunno , gamestop sold out after the intial shipment and didn't get more till this week. Best buy has them on and off from what i understand.

If that's up from last month, it would put them right around 365k sold.

365k is pretty good for June. It's more than the Wii did last year.

Edit: GAF is focusing on YoY numbers, so they think the 360 sold 400k+. I think MoM is more likely, and that the Wii's numbers are gonna be kinda low.

I think the xbox360 should be over 400k though + not 365k.
remember not only did it have the slim model but ALSO the arcade got discounted, when I checked amazon the days afterwards it was number 1 seller and in stock also the aracade was in instock at ~#5, it will be easily be over 400k, perhaps as high as ps3 slim sales of 491k

The shipments during that first week Gamestop on the base recieved 4 slims and the one outside the base recieved 6 and they didn't get shipments until last week. Most the shipments that Gamestop here recieved were very minimal. I was number 1 out of 4 that Thursday when they arrived.
