"Right now we're working on an exciting new concept that has got everyone we talk to buzzing," it reads.

"We can't say a lot except that it's going to be great to work on and should be even better to play! It'll take all the things we loved about Heavenly Sword and make them bigger and better than ever before."

"There are some teaser elements on this new look website," which can be found here.

I see a cross breed between metal structures and ent-like trees, and they're all connected with powerlines. It's an interesting idea.

Whatever it is, they should work in online components.

The voice acting and face motion capture in HS was nice but are they absolutely essential?

Did they help sell the game?

Maybe they could develop features or aspects which sell better.

If it didn't have these, wouldn't it have been just another fighter? It's the old debate of games versus story, and whether computer games should be aligned more with sports than movies or not. For story driven 'experiences' (you may question whether you want them as games or not) the techniques used in HS were cutting edge and pave the way for emotional characters rather than bland faces mouthing to a mediocre script.

Honestly I don't know;)
In fact I can't see the screens. I'm at work...
I thought that they were sci-fi and not fantasy from the description of our members...

Here's a theory. The Heavenly Sword is immortal. How about a sequel based in a future generation to see how the sword effects civilisation in another era. Remember who the title character is - the Sword. Plus, from their filmic inspirations, this direction gains more weight.

Still might be new IP
