the two official language are english and french
but they are not well spread :p

in my town trois-rivieres .. about 99% of the population speak french. But if a go toronto ill be lucky to find a french person. Yep, ill find someone who understand french but he'll not be billingual.

english : all the country except the province of quebec + some place in montreal
french : quebec ..

I would say the only other truly bilingual province, outside Quebec, would be New Brunswick. I guess it has more to do with their close proximity than anything else.
 
i really think than only montreal , ottawa , acadie (new brunswick) and few other town are billingual .. no province are really billingual .. only small part of it.

and few should get back to the topic before reverent close it :p
