Wow,that looks amasing.Technically it kills SR.60 fps,great lighting,great geometry,almost non-existant V-sync issues.

It also seems to be much more action oriented and intense than your average GTA-clone.I love it when the main character jumps into rooftops and we get a good glimpse of the city.

the guy jumps way too high and his animation is "too fast"... Anyone else see that?

Yep, I saw it, too. But I tkind of thought that was intentional, since he wears some kind of biosuit. But I didn't really follow Crackdown's story, so I might be wrong.

AFAIK you are a cop with superhuman powers and your strenght grows according to your actions and your headway in the game.
In more advanced stages you will be able to lift and toss heavy objects like cars , iron litter bins etc. or you can cross a big part of the city jumping on rooftops.

More details:
Crackdown's world will feature ten square miles of land. Inside of that, you'll find eight miles of freeway to drive on. Since you'll be playing up on the rooftops of the buildings, you might be wondering just how high up you can get. The tallest building is going to measure in at 364 meters, a little bit shorter than the Empire State Building sans antenna.
Within the playable region, you'll find 175 prop models, 54 vehicles, 3 Agency cars, and 263 destructible car parts. That makes for quite a bit of driving mayhem.
There will also be 25.000 lines of dialogue.

Four direct feed 720p videos:

See, I wasn't so wrong after all. :p Superhuman strength. Biosuit. They effect is the same. Anyway the graphics are nice, although I found them sometimes a little "lifeless".

Their graphicks are Cel-Shaded style (it gives you a sense of 3D comic). You know , love them or hate them :D

It's not the cel-shaded part that bothers me (actually I usually like it very much). It's the apathetic and non-responsive bystanders and drivers. I'd like more immersiveness.

I watched again fulcizombie's footage and i think that it happens quite the opposite. Kynogones AI software gives some satisfactory results. I see numerous bystanders run panicky to save their lifes even 50 or 100 meters away from you.
If i have to complain about something this is their lame animations when you hit them with your car. I would expect some more realistic and beefy animations here...

This game seems like it's aiming to make an open ended world that is actually fun to play in. What an idea! The hulk probably pulled it off best, most entries in thise genre, including GTA, have really bad gameplay to be honest, it's just so cookie cutter.

Some things turn me off, like the floaty physics, but I'm looking forward to what this game can bring to the genre, seems like we'll see something totally different from previous games in the genre.

Any reviews already?

According to my retailer this will be out in 10 days - which surprised me a little bit...
