East Fishkill, according to the paper, makes processors for high end IBM kit, for Apple Computers, and it claims, for Advanced Micro Devices.

So what's AMD strategy ?

Three fabs ????

There's their own fab in Dresden, they have an agreement with a fab in Singapore (which has a licensing agreement with IBM) and now IBM's Fishkill fab.

They must be betting on a lot of CPUs in 2005/2006....
