Musk bought Twitter, what hasn't gone wrong?

Btw since when did Twitter no longer work properly when not logged in?

Like replies failed to load. Tweets being shown unsorted, etc

What?! This is clearly another bot-fighting feature. Everyone knows real humans don't fall for subterfuge and never make assumptions solely based on appearances. That's why phishing never works.

What I like more is the excuse that scammers will not be able to pay 1 dollar per year, and that nobody in the articles is doubting it.
Maybe they have finally got that he has too much money and too much free time to contradict him.

Depending on how you have to pay for that 1 dollar, it can be made such that it's much easier to find scammers, or to stop them from doing so again (at least not as easy).
How effective that can be, of course, depends on how they plan to do it.

All social media should be subscription based, and not dependent on advertising revenue and data mining.

There should be a service were you pay a single monthly subscription and the revenue of that is devided to all the services you use (Netflix, Disney+, Game Pass, Youtube, Instagram, Substack, Digital Foundry, Twitter, Spotify, etc) according yo how much time you spent on each.

That world will be a better world.
