Mobile devices and OpenGL ES

Are there any mobile devices that are NOT phones that use OpenGL ES?
I'm having trouble finding them, I would love to code for a handheld device. I've already got Brew up and running but I don't really want to code for a phone(Too expensive, limited audience, none of my friends have 3D accelerated mobiles).

I'm planning on making a game on a mobile device as my 3rd year industry project.

I was going to say, maybe the GP2x, but it doesn't have a GPU (rather a second ARM for video). it uses linux and SDL, can still be used if you want to do software 3D.
XGP "is expected to come out sometime in 2006", will be more PSP like and will support OpenGL ES.

Dell Axim X50v/X51v have hardware accelerated OpenGL ES (unfortunately only 1.0 drivers at the moment).
