Hello!
Perhaps i can find here some Linux experts who can help me.
Now the new Kyro Linux drivers support Xv but when i try to use it i only get complete black video windows but sound works. For example with MPlayer and KWinTV. The only application that seems to work somehow is Xine (there i can fix this problem through minimizing the window and then restore it)!
I use SuSE Linux 8.0 and the Beta 3 (Build 2.00.20.0369) SOURCE.RPM (i also tried the suse80.rpm). BIOS-version of my Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 64 MB is 3.18 and i have a TB C 1000 with 512MB PC133 RAM and a Pinnacle Studio PCTV.
I know that it should work because i know someone how has same drivers and a KyroII and at his system MPlayer and Xv works.
So what could be wrong? What can i do?

PS: I thought with Xv i could scale fullscreen to 1024x768 in XawTV. but that doesn't work either! I still have 768x576 with big black edge.
