Is the Xbox360 more powerful than a Power Mac?

Few minutes ago I spoke this with a friend and I don't know if my Power Mac G5 Quad at 2.5ghz's it's an equal in CPU terms of Xbox 360.


Somebody could make a comparison, please?

For simplify a Xenon core was a In order processeur, this a specific VMX unit and least complexe than a G5 core.
So for game code, and program this heavy VMX use, I think a Xenon core was more perform was a G5, but for generic programs so 99%() of the use of a computer a G5 core got a huge advantage than a Xenon core…
Xenon core was a custom processeur base on the design of a G5 core…
