1. For the C1,G1,G2 Beizer, I do not quite follow the spec. Basically is it still "beizer curve"?
Not sure the normal 2^n subdivison still can handle these stuff?

Yes, they're still just Bezier curves; what happens is just that one or more control points of the C1/G1/G2 Bezier are computed implicitly from control points in the previous Bezier in the path, rather than being specified directly. If 2^n subdivision is really what you want to do with them, it will work in just the same manner as for any other Beziers.
