Is Cell Factor: Combat Training for the Xbox 360?

Gametrailers.com and Gamespot.com list the game for both the PC and the Xbox 360. Although, IGN doesn't list the game for the Xbox 360. So, who's right?

I haven't heard about it for any Consoles just for the PC.

FYI: Appearently the Demo of Cell Factor was on the floor on GDC. People were playing a LAN game with 8 people (props to -SD- @ GAF for providing this information)

well I think cell factor is going to be an xbox 360 and PC game but the combat training was just a demo for the PhysX cards on the PC
