alexsok, what you are doing here is just not right, no matter if you are right or wrong. You seem to take offence that anyone might think differently than yourself. alex, if you would just respect others here as you want your opinion respected, there wouldn't be a need for you to constantly be editing out what you say. Granted you say you don't care what others think of you....but, if that were really true, you wouldn't be protesting so much, would you?

Guys, the reason why you don't like each other is because you're all ardent fanb*ys of different companies. You feel like it's your 'job' to hold up the banner of 'facts' and 'truth' for your particular company, always interpreting things related to your favored company in a positive fashion while always spinning things pertaining to the competitor negatively. You unnecessarily turn thread after thread into pointless arguments, constantly repeating the same tired statements over and over.

Now, I realize we're all human and it's very much a part of human nature to be biased or partial. But what separates a company fanb*y and a 3D or just PC hardware enthusiast is the ability to remain reasonable, calm, fairly open-minded. I should know since I fell into the same mental trap, so to speak, with my (at times) tireless defenses of 3dfx.

So, IMO, all of you need to step back, think about why you're willing to spend so much effort and energy defending and/or attacking particular companies, and whether or not it's really worth it.
