I wrote a fantasy book what should I do with it?

I'm really not sure what I should do with it at this point. Any suggestions? I've thought of trying to send it to an agent (though how to find one I have no idea and most I found easily that are accepting submissions seem looking for more woke than this story is), or just trying to throw it on Amazon Kindle etc. I theoretically need to edit it still, to get commas in the correct places etc. A lot of folks here know a lot of things. Therefore I was curious what you all thought on here .

my mom recently self published a book after spending years with proper publishers going back and forth with them
it was science fiction and they didnt seem to know what to do with it so she just got tired of it and did it with an online self publish service where you could hire specialists like editors, layout, type setting, cover design etc.
then she got it printed and started selling

she just needed to get it done because she had been working on it for 12 years or so and wanted to get started on other things

ps an e-book was made too btw but my mom being old school wanted a book book
