Is this a joke ----------the whole thing about Futuremark and Nvidia ?


I cant believe this.
Now "Cheat" are "optimization"
Cheater are partner.

I guess they had no choice really. The legal systems in the world today is pretty screwed. You don't win on being right, you win if you have enogh money to outdo your target in court.
