hypothetical question!?!#@

No, not really, until your void is fill with God, you will always want more.

Come on, I mean if they can put you in a vr heaven, they can certainly alter your brain chemistry to make you feel 100%happy all the time, it would then be up to you to look past that happiness, and aid your brothers... or abandon them and remain in a state of temporal bliss until your real death.

Don't some people already uses recreational drugs for that purpose?

If God created each and every man who would abondon him in the knowledge they would then who is abondoning who exactly?

Those men abandon God.

Its like this, you take a man off the street, with a knowledge he is a thug. You feed him, clothed him and given him shelter. In turn he killed your son and run with your possesion.

Oh and I thought the Atom was the smallest non-divisible 'particle' Epicstruggle.

The irreducible, indestructible material unit postulated by ancient atomism.

They got the indestructible bit wrong it seems but otherwise I think the old concept of an atom is valid.

Edit: got the quotes wrong.

So is oblivion, but it lacks all the burning for eternity.

Well, in oblivion, salvation can still be had, but once in hell, the judgement is final.

In oblivion salvation can be had? I thought oblivion as akin to nothingness, to being uncreated or as if it was that you were never created. Is that salvation in the strictest sense?

I also don't think hell is a place of torture full stop. I maybe wrong here but another concept would be 'rehabilitation' as hell is cleansing the soul. Not all souls will be completely cleansed due to their intentions and actions in this world but I don't think hell is the final resting place for all that are to enter it.

There is a chance of salvation... just like prison here in the 'real' world.

No, that's not salvation.

There is Hell, and there is Purgatory, what you're referring to is Purgatory.

No, I was referring to Hell but a different belief of what Hell is - a different interpretation or point of view is all I offered.

Purgatory, as I understand it, is not something I believe in.

Yes, and that description is what Purgatory is.

Purgatory, as I understand it, is not something I believe in.

You just describe your belive, and it describes Purgatory. So you do in fact belive in Purgatory, its just you refer it as Hell. Because you don't belive in what Hell is.
