Ok, now i know what you're all thinking...
but i think i have a valid hypothesis about the recent Hot Coffee Mod incident.
Ok, remember Vice City and how it had a little sex scenes that you could see. They even had a porn studio where you could get missions from. Now i know that you couldnt actually see the acts being performed but couldnt that be the case with San Andreas. i mean, since it WAS unfinished code and stuff, couldnt they have been thinking about doing the same type of thing or something along those lines. I mean, they could have even planned on doing something similar along the lines of God of War(you could have sex in that game but you just couldnt see it). Also, just because the mod showed use the sex scene as a mini game doesnt mean it would have actually have been used in the same form.
So my point is, i dont think it should be rated AO and i dont think people should sue for this...i mean even with the sims you could remove the blur with a mod.
Anybody view it differently?
lol, i know this is controversial and MAY (i dunno) lead to a big mud slinger but try and keep it clean..if it gets out of hand or if this topic is too off the wall then pls lock mods.
