That sounds like rather crap service to be honest, how can you forget to plug one of the most important pieces back in? Which clearly shows they did no afterwards testing once they were done "repairing" it.

Yep. Hence the anger. Couldn't believe they wouldn't even test the bloody thing before sending it back, cause it only took one minute or so for the laptop to overheat and shut down. Which is why i lost my faith completely and did it myself...
