Sorry if it's old or already known, but in searching trademarks I found an interesting thing about Ninja Theory(previously known as Just Add Monsters)'s 'Heavenly Sword' next-gen game.
Apparently other trademarks of game names SCE had taken are all exclusives/in-house such as 'ARMORED CORE', 'WILD ARMS', 'SOCOM', 'KILLZONE', 'GRAN TURISMO' etc. So my inevitable conclusion is that 'Heavenly Sword' was bought by SCEE, like Killzone. Whaddyathink?
The 'HEAVENLY SWORD' trademark was recently taken by SCEE.Word Mark HEAVENLY SWORD
