I interpreted that 'ha ha!' more like Sir Lancelot's uttering once he'd been seen repeatedly running towards Swamp Castle a long way off, only to suddenly charge the two guards at the gate from out of frame.

Yes, it's The Holy Grail movie I'm talking about of course...
