Not liking their jump in logic at all. I highly doubt they would have any one except SOnic Team dev this game. This news release has nothing to do with Sonic.

That website is the biggest bunch rumor mongers on the net. Right next to Spong imo.... Thei 'bogus' or 'not bogus' column especially. Gaming trash....

I'm fairly certain its not Sonic, since if you watch the behind closed doors Sega footage they show Sonic and afterwards the presenter says the games will be coming "sooner than you think"

Secret Level hasn't even started development on this title

Could "sooner than you think" be related to the leaked X360 "announcements as big as E3" in Japan later this month? Hehe, speculating is fun.

The comment about seeing Sega Sammy's next generation content sooner than expected most likely means that they're running on the company's new high-end PowerVR board, which is ready many months ahead of the forthcoming consoles.

Sonic isn't a series that's no longer being updated, which is in opposition to what the Secret Level arrangement specifies. The deal is supposed to be for a franchise that's no longer current.
