Gamasutra podcast on next-generation development

Stolen from GAF by one of our own.

This week's edition of Gamasutra Podcast is the first in a two-part roundtable discussion with top developers on the challenges of developing for next generation consoles, and features Brian Eddy of Midway Games (Stranglehold / Xbox 360, PS3,) Nicolas Eypert of Ubisoft Paris (Red Steel, Wii,) Todd Howard of Bethesda Softworks (Oblivion, Fallout 3 / Xbox 360,) Bryan Intihar (Previews Editor of EGM,) Aubrey Pullman of Microsoft Game Studios (Forza Motorsport 2 / Xbox 360,) and Evan Wells of Naughty Dog (Unnamed Next-Gen Title / PS3.)

This is a really good podcast.

Thoughts?

Thanks, downloaded and just started listening now. Will edit post later on thoughts.

edit:
Really good podcast, less pr, less meaningless talk and side run-off tangents. (not saying thats bad, 1up's podcasts can be pretty funny at times, but I enjoy the substance in this one) More dev talk and their feelings and experiences on next gen.

Nice to hear Naughty Dog is really focused on facial animations to bring more emotion into the game. Nice to hear Forza seems to focus on details not normally focused on. Interesting analogy w/ game development compared to movie production where everyone has a specific job, and even more this round in next gen.

I'd like to hear more of these podcasts. Very serious + professional imo. (though the over the phone talking is a little iffy)

Not much there.
Did you expect them to give juicy info that may or may not break NDA's they are surely under?

Edit!!!
It's funny when they all laughed when the question was about tackling the multicore architecture.
