I've just finished a seminar regarding this topic and democracy in general, plus that I've had the same discussion on another forum, so I'm kinda tired of it at the moment to say the least hehe. Although this discussion was quite useful since I used some of your views for a short essay, and it's always nice to not just be called an immature, infantile, moronic loser for presenting differing views, which happens alot at other places ;)
 
I think it has alot to do with Bush once telling Raffarin they were hiding WMD behind their veils; something Bush refers to as a Muslim veiled threat :)
 
As a french, i would say that that thread was funny as hell :)
