Might and Magic VII, I haven't quite finished it yet. It's D3D and software only. The game has the most hideous texture aliasing I've seen. I believe it doesn't use mip-mapping, so that would be a reason.

4xS and 8xAF looks (relatively) nice, except that 4xS causes some occational strange patterns in the background. The game looked better with a GF2 (4xSSAA+AF).
I seem to remember that there were some old drivers where you could force automatic mipmap generation. Those drivers would probably not work with your GF4, but maybe there is a registry key that turns automatic mipmap generation on?
