If you're asking for rating, I guess you're looking for the paper figure?
Let's see: 2 (cores) * 4 (vec4 fp32) * 2 (1 mul + 1 add) * core frequency. For a 3Ghz C2D, that should thus be 48Gflops/s, half that for double precision. The chip should actually be able to do a bit more than 1 mul + 1 add per clock, but from what I've read the third sse unit is restricted to moves and pack instructions, which don't count in traditional flops rating AFAIK.
