^^^
So only if you have no magic left there's no counter prompt/icon over Noctis head.
Can still perform a counter when you have no MP or not?

Ok so MP is more like Dragons' Dogma stamina.
How do you recover MP?
Can you recover MP without potions?

MP is auto recover by time. But can be accelerated by a few things
- hiding behind a rock (no matter how small the rock is, and how silly it looks like, as long as the game say you can hide)
- attacking enemy
- standing still

Eurogamer have an article detailing SE's response to the fifteen top complaints about the demo. The complaints were:

1. "The lock-on was useless."
2. "The camera is too close. I can't tell what's going on."
3. "Camera felt heavy or sluggish."
4. "The AI is dumb. Allies get in the way."
5. "The jaggies. But the drop in frame-rate is even more concerning."
6. "So I get that motion is realistic. But because of that, it feels slow."
7. "Can you at least add a minimap or a compass?"
8. "I want a dodge action that doesn't rely on MP."
9. "A game that's all about hiding behind rocks and replenishing MP."
10. "Battles are too difficult or too easy."
11. "It's too monotonous."
12. "The stamina needed for dashing is annoying. You can't even run that fast."
13. Many players enjoyed warping, but would like to see it usable as a regular means of moving
around.
14. "Please let me cancel attacks by evading."
15. "Lots of bugs."

30 fps is really low? Where you expecting 120fps ?

60 should have been the target, IMO. As this is an action RPG and not a more traditional turn based or semi-turn based RPG where framerate is less relevant to gameplay. Heck it's more 3rd person hack and slash than RPG. Thus it would benefit greatly from 60 fps.
