That's what I was thinking too. I just don't think it's possible to get hair that detailed and accurate that quickly.
Yeah, looks kind of suspect.
Had to fake a lot of the UI progress bars and stuff though if done in reverse. Not out of the realm of possibilities though, some people go through a lot of work to fake accomplishments on the internet.

He could just be a good artist. He wouldn't be the first person to start with nothing but a blank sheet and then use his skill to create a near photo-realistic picture. If people can do it with paints and airbrushes, you'd think they would be able to to it even more easily with modern digital technology.
