Falanx IP in Silicon?

Falanx says that handsets on display at 3GSM contain Zoran chips with the Mali55 core. Is this a silicon implementation, and how long have Mali cores been produced in chips if so? Have Mali 50, 100, 110, or 200 been produced in silicon?

Any 3GSM reports of any of the graphics companies' exhibitions?
