Dog's Life!

SCEE announced a new PlayStation 2 title called Dog's Life, in this game you play as a dog named Jake, who lives a life like human in Clarksville. One day his friend Daisy is kidnapped, Jake begins his adventure to search for his friend all over US. Gameplay varies in places, you will play in either third person or first person perspective. You can detect scents of different character in the first person 'Smellovision' mode, the scent will be represented in different colors.

I hope he can bite off the asses of enemies....that would be coool! If they add Max Payne's bullet time also....

Yeah its looks really good, doesn't it? Everybody likes dogs, I think this could be one of those rare games that appeal equally to both genders and all age groups.
It's made by David Brabens company Frontier Developments.
A none interactive demo can be downloaded from their site.
If the game has the same animation code and character interaction AI as the demo, I think it's going to look quite stunning. It's not completely convincing but so damn close, closer than anyone have ever come to achieving lifelike animation in realtime.
