Disc Stuck Inside PS3 !

I have them connected through a APC UPS. Power surges shouldn't pass through that.

Who knows the UPS itself is faulty? You're not a heavy smoker are you.

No. I quit smoking 6 months back, not that i was a heavy smoker ever.Just a few cigarettes at work, but i left it 6months back. How is that connected?

and I think UPS is fine. The problems have not been electrical in nature.The image got garbled up with my 4850 and my ps3 stopped reading discs .

Well, guys, I managed to eject the disc.....I reset the ps3 by pressing the power button for more than 10 secs or so and it started with all the settings reset. Then I kept the eject button pressed for about 1 and 1/2 minutes and then the disc came out.......

Once the PS3 was reset, did you went ahead and adjusted the settings and then pressed the eject button? Or did you pressed the eject button till it came out?

Also, did yours made weird noises when you tried to eject it? When I try to eject mine, it made some weird noises as if something was in the way and blocking the disc from coming out.
