Serious Sam: The Second Encounter (OpenGL, version 1.07)
The in-game setting for anisotropic filtering has no effect. No AF is applied, and no performance drop is noticeable.

The same can be seen in Farcry and some other Games as well.
In Farcry youll see some Textures corupted like that as well!
In SWINE i saw this kind of bug in Water Textures and although shadows are corrupt (not all shadows but in some special degress)
Texture flickering can be seen in UT2004
