I feel PGR3 is not best graphics for Xbox360. Best feature is car texture but car model is ok, background is ok (trees are bad), lightinig is ok, and frame-rate is bad, only 30fps.
I feel Condemned and COD2 are best. I feel Condemned is better than FEAR and has best look for available games. This is my opinion so maybe others have different opinion.

PGR3 looks awesome in my opinion, hands down the best outdoor architecture/lighting and very nice cars. Some people have criticized it for the lack of AF; but IMHO the aliasing on both the cars and the track geometry is far more disturbing, than the somewhat blury textures on the road... With these huge polygon counts, 4x AA should be a goal for all developers.
Kameo is good as well, but the art direction does not fit my taste... an impressive achievment nonetheless.

AF doesn't just sharpen up the blurriness in the distance, it would help the texture aliasing as well. But yeah I agree, the aliasing on the guard rails is absolutely horid; and that alone will keep PGR3 out of the running for best 360 graphics in my book. The same issues with blury textures in the distance and alasing goes for CoD2 as well. Condemned takes the cake for me so far, with DoA4 haveing arguably more wow factor and looking great too but not quite the polish of Condemned.
Which videos specificly? I'll bet they were not straight captures but rather jazzed up marketing stuff.mckmas8808 said:

If they had delayed it a while to get the resolution and texture filtering up to par, then yeah there would be no question as to what the best looking 360 game is. But as it stands I don't see much of that detail they put into the models and textures while I'm flying around the track, but what is painfully obvious is the massive shimmering on guardrails and such.I will say it is one of the better looking 360s games out now, but considering it's faults I just can't give it the top spot.

Not really sure. I've seen over 20 different videos for this game. But like someone has said early it's the car textures that got me going goo-goos for this game's graphics. That and when I see people take photomode pictures of the city.

Gamespot has many videos. Screenshots are maybe not so great because FEAR has maybe more polygons for models and background but overall style and look of Condemned and lighting is very nice, like Silent Hill games but better.
