CELL/XboxNext on 90nm?

Everything I've read so far is indicating difficulties with the transition to 90nm.

How is this affecting some of the speculations memebers in this forum have been throwing over previously? still confidnet that at least one NextGen Console will have an 65nm part?

I predict the next gen consoles will use some process on silicon, have some as yet undetermined performance and I'll have to deal with whatever the manufacturers turn out

Xbox 2 aka Xbox Next aka Xenon, the processors may be on
90 nm or possibly 65 nm. I would think if 2005, then 90 nm.
if 2006, then 65 nm

PS3 and GCNext processors should be on 65 nm

PS3 IC will be 65 nm no matter what, Sony and Toshiba have already invested in the fabs, they are being/have been built.

Whether they have good luck at 65 is another story however... We shall see.
