1) Does anyone know how many pins the Cell processor has? Or have an educated guess at what the possible pin count might be. While were at it; the Xenon pin count as well.
2) Are there any pictures floating around the net of a finish Cell CPU (i.e. die, etching on the heat shield, pins, ECT)? Please no pics of the Cell core or Cell silicon wafers!!
