What do you think about it?

I recompiled a medium sized C# project, worked right away. But I haven't gotten further than that so far (just got it today). I'm trying to find out if it's a good upgrade over Delphi 7 and VS .NET 2003, for the company where I'm working. And which version we should buy for everyone, if we decide it's worthwile.

So far, I like it a lot. Especially because you can mix and match VCL, Windows Forms, Win32, .NET and ASP, written in C/C++, C# and Delphi, in any way you like. But I would love some opinions of others.

I have no personal experience, but Borland newsgroups seem satisfied.

I hope to upgrade from D7 during following months (I rely on Software Assurance to bring me the next version).

Yes, it's indeed pretty nice. We're going to upgrade as well. There are many likes and (so far) only a few dislikes. The help could be a bit better, but other than that I like it very much, as do my co-workers.

It even generates more stable C# programs than VS. ;)
