This appearantly. From all my computing adventures, I could probably put something like that together too.

This stuff could potentially created a mini tornado and kill all the people of his neighborhood... Cool!

But that's the worst case, in the best case, he could be able to jump on his PC case and flight, acrobatically, in the sky.

Now, more seriously, this idea is quite stupid, yeah more stupid than the average "original PC case" idea of the week, the noise produced by this case should be enough to drive anyone nuts in just a couple of minutes.
