No you misread that, it was a live game demo of pre-alpha software running on PC.

 

It's funny that you say that. While I'm sure it's happened here and there I have seen zero evidence that DICE is winning over CoD fans. They need to play to their strengths.

You don't see Activision putting time or energy into brilliant graphics and stellar, varied and sophisticated team based multiplayer do you?

"Cutting the resolution" by 225% would put you at, what, negative 125%? That's even lower resolution than negative 1080p!

Beside, the BF4 resolution hasn't been "cut" because it was never 1080. The resolution is supposedly staying the same, it's just that everything else is increasing massively.

 

i rewatched this on youtube and while it may have been initially underwhelming as a next gen litmus test, that is still one damn fine looking trailer in retrospect.

 

if BF4 was BFBC, i'll just sneak, put C4, and destroy the building that enemy hides (the small building where on the trailer you knife a person then get help from heli)
