Pretty standard in messaging nowadays. Formulate a "hypothesis" then look for data that fits that "hypothesis" and exclude all other data. Correctness isn't nearly as important as proving a point. Also, using a very loose definition of hypothesis.

What do Ariel, Gonzalo and Flute have in common?

They are all Shakespear characters apparently!

    WTF???

So, I Googled the serial 2G16002CE8JA2_32/10/10_13E9 by the earliest mention of such a number. The earliest date was 10/15/2017. It seems the discussion during that time was about ZG16702AE8JB2_32/10/18_13F8 and Zen in general.

    http://skmxn.com/xingyexinwen/49.html
Translated: "This code is 2G16002CE8JA2_32/10/10_13E9, is expected to be the iteration of the previous Navi 10Lite GPU, Hongfu lottery network, this upgrade is too amazing, Hongfu lottery platform, however, will also be equipped with second-generation Ryzen architecture CPU and Navi architecture GPU, 3.2 GHz frequency."

FYI: AMD provides both CPUs/GPUs and APUs for Casio Machines and are sponsors for such events. They more than likely had a lite showing of their upcoming processors at the ICE Totally Gaming convention this past February.

Also, oddly enough the number (2G16002CE8JA2_32/10/10_13E9) does shows up in Chinese Casio Gambling links (no pages though, but odd).

Its bogus date from Chinese site. Look at Scarlett part...There was no Scarlett in 2017.

    Loose lips?

Edit: Also, Google has the original post date of 10/15/2017. So, some Chinese guy/gal must of had some time on their hand to go back and edit an old post!? Sounds tinfoil-ish to me. If supposed chipsets/processors can leak, so can project names.

I get it. The page is from 2017, but the actual article was posted or updated in 2019.

The quality sample code ZG16702AE8JB2_32 is also there.

Honestly, I'm 100% sure now 2G16002CE8JA2_32/10/10_13E9 has nothing to do with the next-generation of consoles. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. But as of now, I see no concrete evidence it being in either Sony's or Microsoft's machines. Just a lot of speculation and assumptions. A nice document dump would do. Similar to the prior and current generation.

This happens pretty frequently with Google results where info and link gets jumbled up.

Yeah according to Google the earliest mention of PS4's 1.84 Tflop GPU was in 2000, I knew Kutaragi was a (crazy) visionary, but this means he even orchestrated his own downfall and departure, the move to AMD and x86 13 years later, as well as AMDs roadmap for the next 11-12 years.

Yeah, it's very weak in that area. Search for articles from an old date and still get modern stuff.

The Arden Shakespeare work Tempest, has Ariel as one of its most magical characters. She is a magical spirit who plays several instruments, and seen playing a Flute in this specific play.
Gonzalo is another character in the same Play.
There is also a character called Francis with the second name Flute, but if this character is the inspiration, why use Flute?
The fact is that, correct or not, a conection between the names does exist.
