LOL man you are a silly guy read what I wrote. I said we will just have to wait and see. ATI said that they should pass the tests soon. Well then soon we will know. I don't care if they prove the negative. I do not expect ATI to run out and respond to every crackpot, however providing evidence that doesn't prove anything such as well it works in a VIA board doesn't convince me of anything except it works in a VIA board. As I also said it could have been Intel's fault which means OMG yes ATI would therefore have been compliant and the INQ proved wrong. You need to relax and not jump up and down to defend ATI when I wasn't even attacking them.
