I don't see where he referred to anything else than the Go 7300 using TurboCache.
 
I'm not sure how fast the slowest 6200 Go is, but I'd estimate that the 7300 Go that ASUS have implemented in to the A6-series laptops is up to 40% faster than the slowest 6200 Go. They always neglect (or hide) the "up to" in press releases.

I expect the 'up to 40%' to be in situations where the user would never actually use this GPU in the real world.

The 6200 Go TC 16 Mb is slower than Intel integrated graphics. Asus 7300 Go has 64 Mb and got ~1500 in 3DMark05.
