what does ubersampling do anyways? From what I understand it renders the scene 3 times but I donno how it helps with the look as I found zero difference.
 
I think it is just ordered grid supersampling. Though I have not heard any clarification on that.

I think you're right, in config .ini file you can set it to different values. Default is 2, but I haven't tried setting it to anything different yet. Anyway with USAA the picture is ever so slightly better in game and quite a bit better for SS. Though unplayable on my single HD6970 ...

Because this is my native language and I wanted to play The Witcher 2 first with Polish voice and subtitles mainly because some Polish phrases and jokes are not easily translated to foregin languages. I've heard CDPR did a great job this time though, so my plan is to replay it with English ones (of course making different decisions in game) at a later date!

After that I will be able to tell myself if reviewers were saying truth ;)
Anyway I did play prologue 50/50 Polish/English and was impressed with quality of translation. First Witcher Enhanced Edition game had less voice acting in English and of poorer quality compared to Polish version.
 
Testing out my new PC with both Crysis games.

Crysis 2 is DX11 Ultra, Crysis 1 is default very high with 16xAA and 8x transparency AA forced. 30+ fps for both on a single 570 :D !

imgur seems to go nuts with compression, should probably switch to abload
 
The Witcher 2. Maxed out sans Umbersampling. Frame rates dip, at the lowest, to 45 FPS, on a single GTX 580. Within the next few days, I'll have ordered a second one for SLI.

Hard to believe it's Doom 3, It's arguably the best looking game there is when modded like this.

Yeah, it's 7 poly per enemy limit is a testament of that ;)

besides all the jokes about coneheads, that's some nice DOF there.
