MP, native 1680x1050, (hardcore) "high" shaders medium (2), games own edge AA, mutliplayer map "Alien vessel". Framerate between 25 and 40fps mostly redlining 30fps on a single stock 4890 1GB and dual-core E8400@3.6GHz (CPU utilisation was low, no players). Beta material, dont ask for more pics as I did my config research and ditched beta after that.

This is how you market a game Crytek/EA, you show what your game is cappable of even in unfinished state and not highest settings.

Really enjoying this release too and is certainly very polished. The new engine enhancements really help to boost the texture definition. Only complaint I have is the appalling distance lod and the foilage pop-up, but its a minor complaint as the game play and story make up for it.

thanks for the NVIDIA Inspector config. I wish more people would post them as its quite easy to get lost in all those settings. I will try this tonight and post my results.

Crysis 2. "Extreme" setting + my config override, 1680x1050, 16xAF,games own edge AA. First mission and from the start of second mission. The further ahead yo ucome the better it seems to look as in better design/artwork/color pallette. First mission has some really jarring lowres textures in key places like a door you must open looks like 256x256 and indoor bunker like straight out of DOOM3. But it seems to change for the better as you progress.

Okay gotta admit those shots are a lot better than anything else I've seen to date. The game really does look spectacular. I'll probably still hold off for the DX11 patch before picking it up though. Wonder if I'll see any benefit on my DX10 GPU.
