By the time the PS4 is upon us, no developer will want to work on the RSX save for PSP2 work.

Na in 5 years your not going to want to use an rsx . Even if u put 4 or 5 in a console. Your going to want hte newest pc chip . It will have the newest compresion , newest maping tech , newest shaders ... it wll basicly be much much more advanced than things developed in 2003-2004 which is really when these chips (xenos and rsx) started development
