nVidia claim 4 million PC VR headsets sold

i wonder how much oculus go have been sold, it seems pretty successful.
There are now over 10 millions VR devices sold, a good thing for indie devs.
Hope it'll grow even more in 2019.

What are the other numbers? Haven't seen an updated PSVR count since 3 million before Christmas. The major issue for reaching the cross-platform VR install base is likely controls and abilities. Are Vive owners going to be happy with games constricted to the limits of PSVR, having paid for room-scale VR?

PC VR + PSVR + mobile VR (gear + go + others) we are certainly easily at 10+millions
there are a good number of small indie games already available on all formats, like thumper, rush, ultrawings, racket fury etc...
i guess for smaller games like that, adpating to the control scheme of each headset is not that hard.
But for definitive success/adoption we'll need a more bigger games for sure.
But that's a good start !

What level of consumer overlap is there? ie: consumer who owns a mobile-VR and/or a PC-VR and/or PS-VR ?

What's needed for devs isn't hardware install base, but active user counts. eg. Is Gear still in use or have owners consigned it to drawers now the novelty has worn off (a question for all headsets). The last we heard some year or so ago was VR devs were struggling. Have any devs come forwards with a more optimistic view since?
