XNA for CELL???

Since XNA common development environment covers a variety of target devices, including Longhorn PC, XBox1/2, PocketPC, and eventual Xboy, should MS extend it to cover CELL as well??? Simply treat CELL APUs like DX shaders and this approach could actually work.

Of course PSX3 will perform no better than Xbox Next under this scenario, but most developers will embrace this approach in the light of dearth of quality tools for PSX3...

It will never happen, but it would be nice, especially for possible Xbox2/ps3 ports... But it will never happen...

Well, that will only accelerate the developer defection to Xbox camp, I mean PSX3 developers will be working with Linux text console while their XNA developer peers are working with Visual Studio XNA edition and a CD full of source codes......
