Except when women play video games, then you get both.
He gave up what would probably be a nice dinner, maybe a movie, and perhaps a kiss. It might have gone on to a second date, and maybe not.
He got a PS2 that is his, for months and even years to come. In the long run.. he probably chose right.
That being said, if she was a hottie, I would be hard pressed to pick the PS2.

oh yeah, and I'd consider and evening out with a nice, attractive person (and good food!) to be far better than a PS2. You can buy yourself a PS2 but you can't buy yourself a good tiem (ok yes you can but that kind of a god time I would not consider that good).
