Will videocard purchased in UK work in USA?

I am thinking about purchasing a videocard from www.overclockers.co.uk. Will a card purchased in the UK work with an NTSC monitor?

NTSC is only related to your TV not a computer monitor.
Even if you are using a TV the format used is switchable in the graphics card drivers.
