PS. There is no mistake about the meaning of (ÀÂǽ), it means "performance" to people who can read the word without a use of dictionary as it is used in the article. There is another word for "efficiency" (¸úΨ). (ÀÂǽ) is almost never used to mean "efficiency" unless the subject of sentence starts with "efficiency"
