The quality is atrocious.. I know reporters are bandwidth limited with the sattelite situation and all, but at the very least they could take some high quality digital feed and send the tapes back.
Agreed, I'm not too keen on watching pixels the size of dimes float across my screen.
IMHO the news agencies are trying to hard to get the live up to the minute coverage and quality has suffered. I'd rather get a summary of the week every weekend with high quality footage sent back on some military cargo plane.
