Dave, has anything been acheived here except animosity & abuse? No knowledge has been given out, no honest debate has gone on.... all caused by one individual.

Granted, maybe we should just ignore him, but if we did...then no one would be posting here. I was a member of Beyond3D long before Mr. Smart.... and will be long after, as are most here. Hopefully, at least for me, Mr. Smart will find another forum to abuse, as he had give us nothing but abuse.

Derek, why don't you do this:

1) List the problems with the drivers.
2) Email that to ATI.
3) Wait for a response.

Continue working on your program, and changing your game to work on ATI graphics cards. That's what developers do with Nvidia's hardware, and the reason why it's drivers are considered so good. Because part of the solution is that developers are writing around any problems that exist in the drivers, while also working with Nvidia to improve the drivers.

It's a two way communication to resolve these problems.

Bitching and complaining on this forum is counterproductive to ATI drivers, and your life!

Well thats just great! So, while you're at it, why not wear a frock, grab a collar and start preaching this to anyone who would listen. The majority of the fanATIcs are hive-minded buffoons who know nothing about gaming, let alone game development.

BTW, just how do you know I'm a fanATIc? Fact is, I own more nVidia cards than I do ATI. I feel I'm pretty objective in terms of what fits my usage. Bottom line here is I don't object to either ATI or nVidia, I just have a bit of trouble with a$$holes who think they know more than everybody else, self promoting morons that, no matter how intellegent ot learned can't see anyone else point of view, Angry, conceited fools that think their shit doesn't stink......remind you of someone, Mr. Smart?
